By accessing our website and placing wholesale orders, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between your business entity ("Buyer") and YXLP ("Seller").
Access to pricing and ordering is restricted to verified business accounts. All products are subject to Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ) as specified on individual product reference cards. We reserve the right to verify business credentials/licenses before processing any order.
Payment terms are strictly adhered to as per the issued invoice. We accept major credit cards, wire transfers, and Letter of Credit (LC) for bulk shipments. Deposits may be required for custom manufacturing runs ("Tailor's Orders").
FOB (Free On Board) shipping terms apply unless otherwise negotiated. Buyer assumes responsibility for goods once they leave our manufacturing facility ("The Production Line"). Shipping timelines are estimates and subject to customs clearance and carrier schedules.
Claims for defects should be filed promptly after receipt. Due to the nature of wholesale trade, returns for convenience are generally not accepted. We warrant that all goods meet our internal quality control standards.
